Balance changes

This update is marked with probably the largest balance changes patch in Legends up to date. We are tweaking 13 ships and skills and base traits, buffing and nerfing according to the stats. The primary goal of such balance changes is to diversify and spice up the metagame, while the less popular ships and skills are now more likely to see time in the sun.

New Ships

Opening the range of the new premiums is monstrous Legendary Tier Stalingrad, a Soviet cruiser with impressive artillery. She is the first Legendary ship that becomes available for Global XP instead of being obtainable through researching a Bureau project. Seize the opportunity! You’ll also be available to obtain a new Tier VI American destroyer Charles F. Hughes. And last but definitely not least comes Zuihō, first ever Premium aircraft carrier at Tier V.
