By now, you’re probably aware of the new retro games that came to Nintendo Switch Online yesterday. Dig-Dug II, Mappy-Land and Earthworm Jim 2 were added to the NES and Super NES Nintendo Switch Online libraries. However, they aren’t the only ones.

Every now and then, Nintendo will also add special versions of certain retro games that the company had already added to Nintendo Switch Online, but with a twist. For example, yesterday saw the additions of special versions of Super Mario World And Super Punch-Out.

With the former, you can start with 99 lives, a completely unlocked overworld, and the makeover that Super Mario World sees when you finish the Special World is already available. With the latter, all of the circuits, including the Special Circuit, are available.
