Japan: Nintendo Switch family sells 65K and there’s a new No.1 this week

The latest Japanese boxed-video game software and hardware charts have come through via the team at sales tracker, Famitsu. There’s a new No.1 this week which is eBASEBALL Powerful Pro Baseball 2022 which shot to No.1 on Nintendo Switch causing Kirby and the Forgotten Land to drop to No.3. The No.2 game was the PlayStation 4 version of eBASEBALL Powerful Pro Baseball 2022. The physical edition sold 92,724 copies on the Switch though digital sales aren’t disclosed. The best-selling hardware was the Nintendo Switch family of systems which shifted an additional 65,094 units this week. Here’s the best-selling physical video game software and hardware for the week of 18th April, 2022 to 24th April, 2022.
