US NPD results: Nintendo Switch family of systems No.1 in June and also for first half of 2022

The latest charts from the NPD Group have come through and it was the Nintendo Switch family of systems which were the best-selling system in June 2022. It wasn’t just the winner in June, the Nintendo Switch family of systems proved to be the best-selling hardware in the United States during the first half of 2022 as well. The system has had some key titles released during the first half of 2022 including Pokemon Legends: Arceus, Mario Strikers: Battle League, Nintendo Switch Sports, and Kirby and the Forgotten Land, though it must also help that the rival systems continue to face worldwide stock shortages. Here’s the top ten best-selling video games in the United States during the first half of 2022 with Mario Strikers: Battle League entering at No.3:
