Mario Kart 8 Deluxe may be getting some new DLC on the Nintendo Switch, but that doesn’t mean that Nintendo is moving on from Mario Kart Tour, their Mario Kart title that can be currently found on mobile devices. In fact, even now they are still supporting it with more content.

The latest example of this was announced earlier today. The game’s Anniversary Tour is coming to an end, but there will be a Battle Tour beginning October 4th at 11pm Pacific Time. According to the official Mario Kart Tour Twitter, “balloon battles will make their debut” in this. You can see their tweet about the matter down below.
