Sonic Frontiers director says 2nd update adding Spin Dash, hopes Chao Garden can be considered for next game

The very first update for Sonic Frontiers came out last month, but attention is already turning towards the next update, which is expected to release in the next few months. There was also a leak recently suggesting that Sonic’s iconic Spin Dash move was coming to the game. Well, Sonic Frontiers director Morio Kishimoto has confirmed on his Twitter account that the leak is true, and that Sonic will be able to Spin Dash in the next update.

Meanwhile, he also had something to say about the next main Sonic game. Kishimoto revealed that a Chao Garden had been considered many times during the production of Sonic Frontiers, but it just hasn’t been able to happen. However, he does say that he hopes that, if things are promising enough, they can really consider including a Chao Garden in the next game. You can see a tweet relaying the news down below.
