As always, and pretty much every since the first Puzzle by Nikoli W Sudoku game that kicked things off, we’ve absolutely no idea how to play this one. But the good thing with the series is that it is happy to test propective new players the way. That will be the case with Puzzle by Nikoli W Kakuro.

Grids and numbers – AGAIN!

This one – again – focuses on a grid of numbers, leaving you to fill in spaces and to break things down. That’s the basic premise, but you can be sure that complexity will come into Puzzle by Nikoli W Kakuro. We don’t mind that, and will be sure to let you know how Puzzle by Nikoli W Kakuro on Xbox plays out. we just need to get on that review process.

For now you’ll want to settle down, grab a pen and paper and work your way through Puzzle by Nikoli W Kakuro. It’s available to play on Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S. Seeing as this is never going to break the visual bank, we can’t see there being much difference between the system versions.

Puzzle by Nikoli W Kakuro on Xbox Game Description

The royal road of pencil puzzles, this puzzle is extremely fun. In “Kakuro”, you break down the totaled numbers given as hints to fill in the spaces. Well. We say “break down the numbers”, but in Nikoli’s Kakuro very little calculations are actually required, with concentration and the power of deduction being the most necessary attributes.
