BAFTA releases player poll results of most iconic game characters of all-time

In less than a week from now, on April 11th, The BAFTA Game Awards will be happening. This year also happens to be the 20th anniversary of it, so BAFTA is celebrating the occasion with a player poll of the most iconic game characters of all-time. The poll features engagement from 4,000 players all over the world.

The results of the poll were recently posted, via a top 20 list, and the results might interest you. 3 of the 20 characters are Nintendo characters, with Mario being the highest at #2. Link is at #7, and Pikachu is at #12. The character at the top spot, however, is none other than Tomb Raider’s Lara Croft. You can see the full top 20 list down below.
