Grasshopper Manufacture is a studio known for being the ones behind the No More Heroes games. The company has moved on from No More Heroes entirely following the third game’s release back in 2021, but there’s a bunch of other games they do. For example, Killer7 was an action game that released on the GameCube and PlayStation 2 in 2005.

Video Games Chronicle recently asked Grasshopper Manufacture founder and CEO Suda51 about bringing the game to modern consoles. In response, Suda51 said that “we would love to release it on current consoles as well but we would need Capcom’s permission to do that. I really hope to get it done someday”.

For now, Grasshopper Manufacture has a lot planned this year. For example, there will be remasters of Lollipop Chainsaw and Shadows of the Damned coming later this year. They’re also collaborating with Swery65 for a new game called Hotel Barcelona that is also currently slated to release later this year.
