A new Series has dawned in Forza Horizon 5 and the theme for Series 37 is “High Performance Dailies”.

Not sure what this is all about, but I’m going to guess reasonably priced cars will star in the events to come. What do you guys think?

Well, whatever turns out to be in store, I’m here with all the tunes and cars you’ll need to complete this week’s festivities, those found in the Forza Horizon 5 Festival Playlist Weekly Challenges for Series 37 Summer and onwards.

So what is in store? Read on!

Part 1: Weekly Car Challenge – Up to Speed

The subject of this week’s car challenge is the 2010 Audi TT RS, a car beloved of hairdressers everywhere. Despite being a Golf in a posh frock, the TT has remained popular…

Should you not have one already, go and buy it from the Autoshow – they will exchange it for 66,000 of your credits. I have a tuned version available – 127103626 if you need a bit of speed in your life!

Chapter 1 – The Everyday Sportscar

Do you really want an everyday sports car? Anyway, get in your new car, take it for a spin.  Step one complete.

Chapter 2 – Trial of Man

Get two stars at the Switchbacks speed zone, on the mountain. 2 stars is an average of 75 mph.

Chapter 3 – Rallysport Engineering

We now need to win an S1 class event, which makes the tune above pretty handy! Pick your fave and have at it. I used the Horizon Oval, as always.

Chapter 4 – A Fun Little Car

Get an Ultimate Burnout skill in the car now. Basically, do a donut!

Complete these tasks and we will be five points closer to the seasonal prizes that are up for grabs with Forza Horizon 5’s Festival Playlist Weekly Challenges for Series 37.

Part 2: Weekly Challenges, Championships and PR Stunts

With the weekly challenge done and dusted, let’s dive into the rest of the mayhem on offer.

The Trial, only two Eventlabs, PR Stunts, races – that’s what you are getting with Series 37 Summer

The Trial – Early Horizer

It’s time for The Trial – and you know what that means? Yeah, we give up trying to find clean racers…

Dip in and we need a “High Performance Dailies” this time, tuned to B Class 700. I went with a V60, share name V60 with the GT Red620Ti.

Let’s hope the racing gods smile down on us this week, as we attempt to win a Jaguar XE-S.

Eventlab 1 – M1K3G3TZ Presents Black Sands Truck Ranch

The class here is Unlimited Offroad vehicles, and the tuning limit is A Class 800 – so I chose the Jeep Trailcat, and the share code for mine is : 118411445.

A good off road circuit, but it is a bit hard to see where to go. Fun though!

A Mercedes A45 is the prize.

Eventlab 2 – R4GD33204 Presents Super Twisted Noodle Circuit

We need a Super Saloon tuned to S1 Class 900, and so I chose a BMW M5 from 2018, share code : 929137542.

An odd track, with banked corners that don’t seem to have enough grip. This is a hard one to describe!

Take away a Super Wheelspin as a reward for completion.

PR Stunt 1 – Danger Sign – Mountain Top

This week, all the PR stunts need the same car, an A Class 800 Modern Sports Car. I chose a Toyota GR Supra, share code : 984217186.

We need to clear 340m. Hit the ramp at over 126mph to clear the distance.

Do so and you’ll find a Super Wheelspin heading your way in return.

PR Stunt 2 – Speed Trap – Los Arboles

Same car needed here, and the target is 132 mph. Seems oddly precise!

Another Super Wheelspin awaits.

PR Stunt 3 – Speed Zone – Switchbacks

Same car yet again, and the target here is an average of 94 mph through the zone.

Yet another Super Wheelspin. Sigh.

PR Stunt 3 – Speed Zone – Switchbacks

Same car yet again, but average speed driving to do. We need to average over 65 mph.

Another Super wheelspin? Yep.

Seasonal Championship 1 – Mud Runners

Sports Utility Heroes, and A Class 800 are the rules here, and so the Bentley Bentayga is my choice. The share code for mine is : 118484657.

For winning out, we can take home a Cupra Tavascan.

Seasonal Championship 2 – Muscle Bound

We need to grab a Modern Muscle car, tune it to A Class 800 and go racing. As always, the answer is a Mustang, and I used a Shelby GT500 from 2013, share code : 402868577.

The prize for winning is a BMW 1M.

Part 3: Other Challenges

A good mix of things to try this week, with a photo, a treasure hunt and some Horizon Open and Arcade to go at.

Photo Challenge – #BACKTOSCHOOL

Take a photo of your character outside the car at the University steps in Guanajuato.

Now, in case you don’t know how to do this – get to the location, hit up on the D-pad to enter photo mode, then press “Y” to open the menu – scroll down to find the player character controls. Press Y again to close the menu and snap away!

Enjoy my artistic effort up at the top of this piece. The location you need to be in is below.

The reward? An Artist Outfit. I may take it for a test drive…

Treasure Hunt – Pole Position

The clue this week reads “This Volvo Car is a star, if we blaze a trail our treasure won’t be far…”.

The Volvo V60 Polestar is pictured, and I guess we need to beat a trailblazer with one star? I used the Malpais one from the highway, as it is the shortest. I have a B Class tune that did it easily, look for share name “V60” with my GT, Red620Ti.

The chest contains 100 FP, and the location is shown below.

Horizon Open – World Wide Web

Complete a Horizon Open Race in a car with Spider or Spyde in its name. Simples!

I can’t give you a car or tune as it could be any class, but they aren’t usually too taxing.

Take home a UK Cover Car horn for winning out. Can’t wait to try this!

Horizon Open – Mini Games

Try to complete all three rounds of an Arcade Mini game – be that Speed, Drift, Wreckage, Chaos or Air. Drift is the best, as I keep saying…

Pick your best discipline and crack on, and you too could have a whole 3 points towards the weekly totals.

Part 4: Hot Wheels Events

If you have the Hot Wheels expansion and are an Elite Level player, then you get to enjoy a couple of extra events.

Seasonal PR Stunt – Speed Trap

We need a Super GT, and the tuning limit is S1 Class 900. I went with a Ferrari 812 Superfast, for a change, and the share code is : 261040765.

We need to hit over 235 mph through the trap to win!

A Super Wheelspin is your reward.

Seasonal Championship – Grounding Out

Sports Utility Heroes and B Class 700 are the constraints this time, and so I went for a stock Maserati Levante, as it is practically at the tuning limit. A stock Porsche Macan is another good choice.

Completing the championship will get us a BMW M6, a strong contender for “Ugliest car in the game!”.

Part 5: Rally Adventure Events

The Rally Adventure expansion brings even more events to the roster and provided you are already a Horizon Badlands champion, you’ll get access to the following couple of events…

Seasonal PR Stunt – Speed Zone – Reservoir View

We need a Super GT, and the tuning limit is S1 Class 900. I went with a Ferrari 812 Superfast, for a change, and the share code is : 261040765. Same rules, same car, no?

We need to average over 75 mph through the zone to triumph.

The prize is another Super Wheelspin. How many of these things is it possible to stack up?

Seasonal Championship – Reap the Rewards

We need a Super Saloon, with AWD, tuned to A Class 800. Luckily I usually bang AWD on my tunes, so it should be ok!

I went with an Audi RS6 Avant (we’ll gloss over the fact it isn’t a saloon for now) and the share code is : 736888629.

The reward for racing? An Audi RS4.

The rewards for Series 37 and Summer in Forza Horizon 5

With Series 37 just kicking off, it’s time to tempt you with what the Series has in store. And this time they are the BMW M2 ‘23 for 80 points and a Lucid Air for 160 points.

Even more Rivals circuits have now been added with Series 37 – and we are back to the full 4 for this month. These are El Piplia Scramble, Bola Ocho Circuit, Gran Pantano Sprint and Dunas Blancas Sprint for those who prefer their cars to be battery powered.. Turn in clean laps on each track to earn a massive four points to the weekly totals. Sadly not four for each, as they seem to suggest!

Grab enough points and Series 37 Summer also sees you given access to the exclusive Ford Focus ‘22 for 20 points. Additionally, for 40 points we can get the Hyundai i30N a hard to find but very good looking car.

Tune in at the same time next week for Series 37 Autumn tips, as the High Performance Dailies Series continues.

To enjoy these events in the Festival Playlist Weekly Challenges, you’ll need a copy of Forza Horizon 5. It’s available on Game Pass, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, PC and on the cloud via mobile. The Xbox Store will sort you out with a download.

Let us know in the comments if I have helped, hindered or missed the mark with these tunes.
