In this episode we take a look at the secrets and history of The Legend of Zelda: Majora’s Mask. Majora’s Mask first appeared in the media in May 1999, when Japanese gaming magazine Famitsu stated that a long-planned Zelda expansion for the 64DD was underway. This project was tentatively titled “Ura Zelda”, and would take Ocarina of Time and alter the levels to be more challenging. Majora’s Mask emerged from this project, and was ultimately released as a stand-alone Nintendo 64 title in the year 2000.
