Kirby is celebrating his 30th anniversary this year, and as part of this, Nintendo is releasing the all new adventure Kirby and the Forgotten Land for Switch.

It’ll arrive next month on 25th March, and ahead of the game’s launch, Nintendo has been building excitement with all sorts of trailers. We most recently got a look at Kirby’s car form in the latest Nintendo Direct presentation, and now Nintendo of America has released a new commercial.

It’s only 30 seconds, but it manages to feature all sorts of scenes – highlighting the fun gameplay on offer in the latest release.

Once again, this game is out next month – and by the looks of it, there’ll also be amiibo support. That’s not all for Kirby this year, either. As noted, it’s his big 30th in 2022, and Nintendo apparently has a variety of projects planned.

Here’s exactly what Nintendo had to say in its latest financial report – noting how it’ll be teaming up with HAL Laboratory:

“This year also marks Kirby’s 30th anniversary. To celebrate that anniversary, we are planning a variety of projects in collaboration with the Kirby developer HAL Laboratory, aimed at sharing the charm of the Kirby series with many people.”

Below is another look at Kirby consuming a car, in case you missed it the first time round:
