When the new PlayStation Plus tiers were announced yesterday, classic PS3, PS2, PlayStation, and PSP games were confirmed to be in the catalog of games on offer for PS Plus Premium members. Not long after the announcement, Insomniac teased the possible inclusion of Ratchet & Clank: Going Commando amongst those PS Plus games. While Sony is yet to announce any of the classic titles, they did confirm Persona 5 will be the first title to leave the PlayStation Plus Collection on PS5.

Will Ratchet & Clank: Going Commando be in PS Plus?

PlayStation Plus Ultimate will include access to a catalog of up to 340 games classic PS3, PS2, PSP, and PlayStation games. As a first-party PS2 game, Ratchet & Clank: Going Commando could well be included in that list. The game features the Lombax and robot duo trying to recover a stolen biological experiment, but nothing is ever as it seems. As noticed by Reddit, a very early image of the game was shared on Twitter by developer Insomniac on the same day as the revamped PS Plus announcement and it certainly seems to be teasing something:

Sony also confirmed the PlayStation Plus Collection will still be available for PS5 players when the tiers are introduced in June. However, it will be missing one of the titles from the original list. Persona 5 is due to leave the PS Plus Collection on May 11. Those who claim the title before it is removed from the collection will be able to continue to download and play it as long as they remain PlayStation Plus members. The remaining 19 PS Plus Collection titles will still be included for now.

In other news, The Stanley Parable: Ultra Deluxe will be arriving on PS5 and PS4 next month. The game was originally due to arrive on consoles in 2019 but was delayed repeatedly. Elsewhere, leaks suggest Riot is currently testing PlayStation and Xbox versions of Valorant.
