Minecraft’s Sonic DLC has received a free update

You may recall that, last year, Mojang celebrated the 30th anniversary of the Sonic the Hedgehog franchise by releasing some Sonic-themed DLC content in Minecraft. It is currently available to purchase through Minecraft’s in-game Marketplace.

If you haven’t bought it yet, then a free update that has been recently released for the DLC might interest you. The free update adds a Master Mode, Labyrinth Zone, and various character skins that are based on the Sonic the Hedgehog 2 movie. The official tweet is down below.
