We’ve been well served with many a cooking game over the years, but it’s that of Overcooked! which really started delivering tasty platters. Now though it’s time for us to take those skills around the world, all in hope of making a name for ourselves as the Food Truck Tycoon.

Going mobile and traveling the globe, Food Truck Tycoon rolls up to the Xbox world, playable on Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S for a mere £3.99 asking price.

Pay up and you’ll find yourself creating all manner of delicious food stuffs for your baying customers, as you go about creating and delivering no less than fifty of the finest dishes – all from the back of your food truck.

And serve those folk well and you’ll start to get a following, making a name for yourself as the Food Truck Tycoon, before heading off around the globe to find a whole new customer base. With more than 150 levels to conquer, tons of dishes to send out to those asking for them and some cartoony styled visuals that are full of fun, this latest cooking title should certainly cover a host of bases.

It may not quite cut it alongside the mayhem of Overcooked!, especially the All You Can Eat Edition, but we feel there’s some serious draw about what Food Truck Tycoon can provide.

Key features include:

  • • 150 levels to explore, 50 dishes to serve.
  • • Great cartoonish graphics, music and sound effects.
  • • Countless upgrades you can apply to ingredients and bar decorations.
  • • Over 35 Achievements to complete.
  • • Easy to play and hard to master.

Keep an eye out for our full review in the days ahead and grab a download of Food Truck Tycoon on Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S from the Xbox Store should you wish to get all foody for yourself.
