Persona series has sold 15,500,000 units worldwide

Earlier today, SEGA had officially released a bunch of sales data, courtesy of their annual fiscal year financial report. We already reported earlier today that, Sonic the Hedgehog video game sales have passed 1,500,000,000 units.

However, that’s not the only interesting thing of note from this financial report. You see, it was also revealed that the Persona series has sold 15,000,000 units worldwide. What is surprising is that almost half of these sales, 46.6%, are due to Persona 5.

This is mainly because it includes more than the original Persona 5. That tidbit of sales info also includes the expanded re-release Persona 5 Royal, as well as Persona 5: Dancing in Starlight and Persona 5 Strikers, 2 spin-off games.
